Our process starts with a virtual Discovery Call to discuss your goals. This allows us to develop a solid foundation of what you want to achieve and who you are targeting. From there, we create a comprehensive (and 100% obligation-free) quote for you to review. Once approved, we’ll organise a follow-up meeting to hash out the remaining details and obtain confirmation to begin the production process.
Next, we’ll begin the conceptual visuals that follow a blueprint of your overall goals and aspirations, followed by the process of producing, which involves hiring the right staff for the job. At FX Video Productions, we provide a full ‘Done For You’ service to bring your projects to life. This includes scriptwriters, storyboarders, actors, cinematography professionals, and more.
Once your script is complete, we begin the location scouting process, ensuring we find the perfect sets for the story. Locations can range from outdoor public spaces to indoor environments, such as public cafés or virtual studios. Once we have the foundation, we will begin forecasting the required preparation. Knowing the number of shoot and post-production days is paramount before the production process begins.
Our equipment includes state-of-the-art cinema cameras, lighting solutions, audio equipment, gimbals and cranes, drones, and more to ensure we capture everything you need. By taking all necessary steps ahead of time to plan all aspects of the production to the most minor details, your production process is smooth with all the legwork in place to create magic on set.
Once filming is complete, we create multiple backups of your files to provide total peace of mind (and no “missing” files). We then process the raw footage, running it through various iterations, colour grading, composting, rendering, musical scores, sound FX, sound recording, audio mixing, and mastering. Once this process is complete, we add the final touches as Visual Special Effects (VFX) or animations and motion design if needed.
We’re committed to supporting your project from the moment we sit down to chat about your ideas right through to launching your new video. Once you’ve received the final product and files, we’ll ensure all the correct formats and outputs are provided for distribution, whether for TV, social media, or your website. We also offer an optional distribution strategy, such as airing their final product on TV networks for an additional cost. This process entails our partnering with agency or marketing partners specialising in industry-standard distribution methods to optimise your investment.
